The Los Angeles Lakers have renewed their interest in trading for Trevor Ariza.

The Lakers attempted to trade for Ariza earlier in the season, but the Phoenix Suns instead dealt him to the Washington Wizards.

The Wizards have since fallen out of playoff contention.
