The Minnesota Timberwolves are attempting to acquire a second lottery pick in next week's draft, sources tell Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer.

A possible deal could involve trading Jarrett Culver and the No. 17 pick to the Atlanta Hawks for No. 6. The New Orleans Pelicans and Boston Celtics are also interested in trading for No. 6.

Sources say Patrick Williams is a main target at No. 6 for the Wolves with Tyrese Haliburton believed to be another prospect of interest.

Minnesota already owns the No. 1 overall pick.
