The Boston Celtics are filling their second Two-Way spot with Brodric Thomas. Thomas played last season with the Houston Rockets and Cleveland Cavaliers. Thomas started the year on a Two-Way deal with Houston. He was waived in mid-February and then joined the Cavs later that month.

In 28 appearances (one start) with Cleveland, Thomas averaged 4.1 points in 13.4 minutes per game.

In 14 games (13 starts) in the G League bubble, the former Division II star averaged 18.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.1 blocks. He played for both the Rio Grande Valley Vipers and the Canton Charge in the bubble.

Boston has one standard roster spot still open. That spot opened when the Celtics waived Jabari Parker from his partially guaranteed contract.
