The New Orleans Pelicans will soon sign Jared Harper to a Two-Way contract. Harper has been playing with the Pelicans G League affiliate, the Birmingham Squadron, after being waived at the end of the preseason.

Harper has previously been with the Phoenix Suns and New York Knicks on Two-Way deals.

In 14 games (all starts) with the Squadron, Harper has averaged 21.2 points, 4.9 assists and 1.9 steals per game. He's shot 41% on 7.5 three-point attempts per game, as well.

In order to sign Harper, New Orleans will have to waive either Jose Alvarado or Daulton Hommes from their Two-Way contract.
