The Toronto Tempo won the coin toss against the Portland Fire on Friday and elected to pick sixth in the upcoming WNBA draft.

The Fire will have the first pick in the expansion draft, along with the seventh pick in the draft.

The Tempo will have the No. 6, 22, and 36 picks in the draft. The Fire will pick No. 7, 21, and 37.

The Tempo will also have the first position on the waiver wire. 

The expansion draft consists of each team having 12 picks over two rounds. The other teams must submit their list of unprotected players by Sunday. 

The expansion draft takes place on April 3, with the draft on April 13.
