The Western Conference postseason picture is set. The 10 postseason teams are:

  4. Los Angeles Lakers
  5. Houston Rockets
  6. Minnesota Timberwolves
  7. Phoenix Suns
  8. Portland Trail Blazers
  9. LA Clippers
  10. Golden State Warriors

The Suns will host the Trail Blazers in the 7-8 Play-In Tournament Game. The winner will advance to the Playoffs to play the Spurs as the #7 seed. The loser will play whoever wins when the Clippers host the Warriors in the 9-10 Play-In Tournament Game. The winner of that game will advance to the Playoffs to play the Thunder as the #8 seed.

The other first-round series will feature the Nuggets hosting the Timberwolves and the Lakers hosting the Rockets.
