Sharrod Ford Agrees To Terms With Brose Baskets Bamberg

Sharrod Ford has reached an agreement with Brose Baskets Bamberg of the German BBL.

Ford arrives from the Erie Bay Hawks of the D-League, where he averaged 9.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game.

Hornets Sign Brian Roberts

The New Orleans Hornets have signed guard Brian Roberts. 

Roberts, who played in all five Summer League games for the Hornets (three starts) averaged 13.8 points, 2.2 assists and 2.0 rebounds in 27.4 minutes per game while shooting 50.0% from the field, 54.5% from three-point range and 93.8% from the line. The 6’1’’ Toledo, OH native played for Brose Baskets Bamberg in Germany last season, leading the team to the German National Championship.

The Dayton alum also won the German League title with Bamberg in 2009-10 and 2010-11.

A.J. Ogilvy Signs With Brose Baskets

A.J. Ogilvy has reached an agreement with Brose Baskets of Germany.

Ogilvy spent the 11-12 season with Valencia.

Ogilvy, an Australian native, played collegiately at Vanderbilt.

Bostjan Nachbar Signs With Brose Baskets Bamberg

Bostjan Nachbar has signed with Brose Baskets Bamberg, a team located in Bavaria.

Nachbar arrives from Unics Kazan, where he averaged 4.0 points and 2.4 rebounds over seven Euroleague games.

Nachbar played in the NBA from 2002 to 2008.
