Tomas Satoransky has played on the Wizards' Summer League team, but is expected to remain in Europe for the 12-13 season.
Satoransky has played backup point guard the last three seasons with Cajasol Sevilla of the top-level Spanish league ACB.

Nocioni averaged 9.7 points and 3.5 rebounds in 12 Spanish ACB games last season.
Nocioni spent seven seasons in the NBA with the Bulls, Kings, and Sixers.
Unicaja Malaga has signed Fran Vazquez to a two-year contract with an option for the third.
Vazquez began his career with Unicaja Malaga before moving onto Bilbao, Gran Canaria, Girona and most recently six season with Barcelona.
Vazquez was the 11th overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft by the Magic.
Caja Laboral has extended a contract offer to Andres Nocioni , who averaged 9.7 points and 3.5 rebounds in 12 Spanish ACB league games.
Nocioni reportedly is leaning toward a return to the NBA.

Tomic was drafted in 2008 by the Jazz and most recently played for Real Madrid.
Rudy Fernandez will sign a three-year deal with Real Madrid.
Fernandez spent four seasons in the NBA with the Blazers and Nuggets.
