Ayo Dosunmu has agreed to a three-year, $21 million deal with the Chicago Bulls.

Dosunmu is a restricted free agent.

Onuralp Bitim has agreed to a Two-Way contract with the Chicago Bulls.

Bitim was a second-team EuroCup player for Bursaspor in Turkey last season.

The Chicago Bulls had a "giant" asking price when the New York Knicks reached out with interest in trading for Zach LaVine, a source tells Fred Katz of The Athletic.

The Knicks and Bulls never got close on a trade of LaVine.

In June, there were reports that the Bulls were evaluating LaVine's trade value.

The Knicks have long been considered the next team to make a major draft pick heavy trade for an All-Star caliber player. Last offseason, the Knicks pursued a trade for Donovan Mitchell before he was dealt by the Utah Jazz to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

LaVine has four years remaining on his five-year, $215 million contract signed with the Bulls in 2022.

The Chicago Bulls emerged as a potential suitor for Christian Wood, sources tell Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times.

The Bulls were recently granted a $10.2 million Disabled Player Exception for Lonzo Ball, which could allow them to use part of it to sign Wood.

The Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers also have interest in Wood. The Dallas Mavericks don't have interest in re-signing Wood after one season with the team.

Zach LaVine emerged in preliminary trade conversations between the Chicago Bulls and both the Philadelphia 76ers and Portland Trail Blazers, sources tell KC Johnson of NBC Sports. 

LaVine re-signed with the Bulls last offseason on a five-year, $215 million maximum contract. LaVine represents Chicago's best trade asset and a way of shaking up their roster.

Neither of those conversations gained traction, but it underscores how LaVine is widely considered unlikely to remain with the Bulls for the duration of his contract.

The Chicago Bulls have waived Marko Simonovic.

Simonovic appeared in 16 games since joining the Bulls in 2021.

Torrey Craig and the Chicago Bulls have agreed to a two-year deal with Year 2 a player option.

Craig averaged 7.4 points and 5.4 rebounds in 24 minutes last season with the Phoenix Suns.

The Chicago Bulls have applied for a disabled player exception for Lonzo Ball.

If granted by the NBA the exception would be worth about half of Ball's salary (around $10.2 million) and it allows a team to replace a player who is out for the season.

The Bulls do not expect Ball to play during the 23-24 season.

The Bulls are currently $9 million below the luxury tax.
