The NBA fined Kelly Oubre $10,000 for inappropriate language towards a referee.

Oubre's actions came towards the end of the Suns' 108-107 overtime loss against the Nuggets.

Oubre finished the game with 23 points and 8 rebounds. 

Ricky Rubio will miss the Phoenix Suns game against the Los Angeles Clippers with a left knee contusion.

Rubio suffered the injury after bumping knees and fouling out in overtime in a loss against the Nuggets. 

Deandre Ayton has received a 25-game suspension for violating the NBA/NBPA Anti-Drug Program by testing positive for a diuretic.

Ayton's suspension will begin immediately. 

Ayton was the top overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft out of Arizona.

Ty Jerome sustained a right ankle sprain during practice on Monday. Jerome is out indefinitely with no timetable set for his return.

He is receiving treatment and his status will be re-evaluated over the next two to four weeks. 

The Phoenix Suns have waived guard David Krämer, center Norense Odiase and forward Tariq Owens.

The Suns’ roster now stands at 16 players.

Mikal Bridges, Kelly Oubre Jr., and Jalen Lecque will be re-evaluated in the next 7-10 days, reported the Phoenix Suns.

Bridges is currently rehabbing his right knee.

Oubre Jr. is undergoing treatment for tendinitis in his right wrist, while Lecque is out with a left ankle sprain. 

Aron Baynes and David Kramer are also expected to miss time for the Suns.
