Chauncey Billups has played for five teams in five seasons, so it should come as no surprise he approached his honeymoon this summer in much the same manner as his transient past.

Billups and his wife, Piper, had barely unpacked their bags in Maui before Chauncey was ready to get back on the plane for the long flight home.

"We stayed five days," he said. "I loved it, but I don't like to stay in one place too long. I get a little antsy."

His restless nature, however, seems to be changing. For the first time in several years, Billups said he feels comfortable personally and professionally. His marriage provided him a solid foundation, which he believes has had a direct impact on the way he has performed in camp.

"Right now I feel really complete with my private life and my job," Billups said. "I feel more secure. I feel like I'm going to be able to help my team out more than I did last year. I want everybody else to be as confident in me as I am in me."
