In addition to implementing a game plan, Celtics coach Jim O'Brien has a few basic guidelines when he prepares his team for its next contest: Know your opponent; respect your opponent; and never, ever look past your opponent.

The Celtics, hosting the Memphis Grizzlies tonight at the FleetCenter in their final home game before the new year, would be wise to keep O'Brien's guidelines in mind. The imposing challenge of an impending four-game road trip should be placed on the back burner.

``I don't think this team has the mindset right now to look past anyone because we're enjoying what we've been able to accomplish too much,'' Celtics point guard Kenny Anderson said after practice yesterday at The Sports Authority Center in Waltham. ``We've climbed all the way to the top of the Atlantic Division through a lot of hard work and focus.
