The brand new Cadillac Escalade cruising around the Ohio University campus these days belongs to Brandon Hunter.

It is symbolic on several fronts, even if it may be considered presumptuous for a man yet to earn his first dime playing basketball. But Hunter doesn't play like an amateur, he doesn't think like an amateur, and he doesn't much care what anyone says about it.

In a way, that attitude has always served him well and is being fully employed this week at the NBA pre-draft camp. Hunter is one of 60 college, foreign and high school hopefuls trying to crack the NBA at Moody Bible Institute.

With America's top players -- LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, T.J. Ford, et al. -- only dropping by for a mandatory physical and media appearance this weekend and a record 31 foreign players with their name in the ring, there are rumors that fewer than 10 first-round picks will come out of the camp.
