Collin Sexton was expected to miss the rest of the 21-22 season due to a torn meniscus, but he has opened the door to the possibility of returning for the playoffs.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have remained solidly in the playoffs despite the absence of Sexton.

“I’m doing good. I’m on schedule,” Sexton told cleveland.com during a Zoom interview. “I’m feeling good mentally and physically. The mental part was going to be huge for me. At the end of the day, you continue to put in the work and continue to grind and put in the time and everything else is going to work out, so the mental part has been what I’ve been focused on.”

Sexton will be a restricted free agent in the offseason.

“When we make the postseason,” Sexton said. “We will see. Definitely will see.”
