Zalgiris coach Ilias Zouros could be on his way out, according to reports in the Russian media.

Lithuanian national team coach Kestutis Kemzura could become his replacement.

Rumors already linked Kemzura to Zalgiris in the summer and the coach is looking for a job after leaving Lokomotiv Krasnodar after last season.

Zalgiris signed Ty Lawson and Sonny Weems this past offseason.

Goran Jeretin has left Lietuvos Rytas now that Aleksandar Rasic has returned from a back injury.

Jeretin spent a month with the club where he averaged 5.3 points and 1.3 assists per game in the Euroleague Qualifying Round.

Marcus Brown has retired at the age of 37.

Brown will be honored on Monday night by his former team, Zalgiris Kaunas, at the Euroleague Opening Game against another of his six Euroleague clubs, CSKA Moscow.

He leaves the Euroleague with 2,715 points in his career and a 15.3 points per game average, which is second-best among the top 15 all-time scorers. 

"I want to say to all the fans in every country and all the folks at the Euroleague, thanks from the bottom of my heart for supporting me," he said in a statement released by his agent. "I also give a special thanks to what could be the best basketball fans in Europe, BC Zalgiris and all of the Lithuanians. This is no doubt an emotional time for me." 

The groups for the 11-12 Euroleague Regular Season have been announced.
