The Houston Rockets signed Joshua Obiesie to an Exhibit 10 contract before waiving him.

Obiesie is likely to join the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the G League this season. 

The Toronto Raptors signed-and-waived Darryl Morsell.

Morsell will rejoin the Raptors 905 this upcoming season.

The Indiana Pacers have signed Jordan Bell. The five-year veteran is likely to land with the Indiana Mad Ants of the G League after the preseason.

The Pacers also waived Pedro Bradshaw and Craig Sword. Both players were signed with plans for them to play for the Mad Ants this season.

The Boston Celtics signed-and-waived Brandon Slater, reported Keith Smith of Spotrac.

The team also waived Jordan Schakel and Taylor Funk.

All three players are expected to play for the Maine Celtics in the G League. 

The Phoenix Suns are expected to waive Keon Johnson and Ish Wainwright, sources tell Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.

The Suns acquired Johnson as part of their trade of Deandre Ayton for Jusuf Nurkic, Grayson Allen and Nassir Little.

The Suns also included Toumani Camara as part of its trade in order to keep Jordan Goodwin on the roster. 

The Miami Heat have waived Jamaree Bouyea and Caleb Daniels, and signed Jon Elmore and Cheick Diallo. Following those roster moves, the Heat waived Elmore.

Diallo, who was originally drafted in the second round (33rd overall) by the Clippers in the 2016 NBA Draft, split last season overseas between Kyoto Hannaryz of the Japanese Basketball League and Cangrejeros de Santurce of the Puerto Rican BSN, appearing in 63 games (62 starts) averaging 16.4 points, 10.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 29.1 minutes while shooting 63.5 percent from the field. 

Bouyea appeared in four games with the Heat ast season, averaging 3.8 points, 1.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 1.00 steals and 16.3 minutes.

Daniels appeared in four Summer League games with the Heat in Las Vegas and averaged 4.8 points and 1.0 rebounds.

The San Antonio Spurs waived Javante McCoy, sources told Keith Smith of Spotrac.

McCoy is likely to land with the G League's Austin Spurs.

The New York Knicks signed Ryan Arcidiacono to an exhibit 9 contract, sources told Ian Begley of SNY.

Arcidiacono played for the Knicks from 2021-23.

The team also waived Dmytro Skapintsev. 

The Orlando Magic have waived guard Alex Morales.

Morales played in 30 games (six starts) last season with Lakeland (now Osceola) of the NBA G League, averaging 6.2 ppg., 5.3 rpg., 2.0 apg. and 1.13 stlpg. in 21.9 minpg.

Cam Payne cleared waivers and is an unrestricted free agent, sources told HoopsHype.

Payne was recently waived by the Spurs. 

Payne is ineligible to return to the Suns.
