The Cleveland Cavaliers have expressed interest in acquiring the draft rights of Pierre Jackson.

Jackson is playing in the D-League and his draft rights are owned by the New Orleans Pelicans. Jackson is averaging 29.1 points and 6.2 assists with the Idaho Stampede. 

The Cavaliers have also discussed a trade for Marcus Thornton or Jason Thompson from the Sacramento Kings.
