$4,536,840

So we would have to trade Pritchard for him. Or sign Kornet or Tillman to a salary = or greater and the trade for him near the deadline next season.

Could Trade Jaden Springer. That would work too, right?

I don’t think so because the Cs would be taking back more money which they can’t do because they are over the Aprons. Springer Makes 4million I think next season.

I am thinking the Nets give up either M Bridges or C Johnson plus they have quite a few 1st rders coming over the next few years

Cavs desperately need wing type players with shooting, so Cam Johnson is certainly a good building block for a package. I doubt they'd move Bridges; the point would be to pair him with Mitchell as your 1-2.

Mia has Jaquez, Jovic, and honestly Duncan Robinson would be a pretty good fit in Clevland as well.

Not sure the Lakers really have anything the Cavs would want.

My guess is he re-signs with Clevland, it feels like that's become more likely with his health concerns.

So, Celtics have a few Players to Extend or give Qualifying Offers.: White; Kornet; Tillman.
Then we have to pick up Contracts on Hauser & Queta.

Peterson can get a QO, for either another Two-Way or an NBA slot.
Davison can't go on a 3rd Two-Way for the Celts. So it's either a Full-NBA, or let him go.

I'm anxious to see what the Celtics 21-Man Offeseason Roster will look like?

Pretty much the same as this year. It’s two years from now where things start to get murky.

This year Al/KP played 3430 regular season minutes out of ~4000 total center minutes, plus factor in 600 of that being double big man time. They could easily combine for fewer minutes next year with Horford dialing back and potential injuries.

Long story short bring back the Luke/Tillman/Queta group as they should have 2000+ minutes between them to eat up between the five and time at the four for Tillman.

With the guys under contract and bringing back the two FA big men, that barely leaves a roster spot open as they’ve tended to leave the last spot open frequently. Oshae seems the likely bubble guy but other than that 50%+ odds they barely do anything imo other than bring guys back.

Small likelihood of a huge JB trade but I doubt they do it without a massive return.

JD Davison it’s tough to say, I’m partial to the guy for the work he’s put in but he could easily be let go without affecting the big club so it’s just wait and see.

It’s two years from now with Al Horford and Hauser not under contract and Jrue getting quite a bit older (maybe he moves into that Horford-like 2/3 of the time role) that things change a lot, plus the increasing money reality puts the odds of a shakeup a lot higher.

But next year is just going to look like this year most likely.
Edited because of math being hard lol.

Gordon Hayward reunion for vet minimum? Or bad locker room vibe?

I’d consider him, but if he said he wanted Boston for vet min right now I’d hold off as well. I’d want to see who else is available most importantly and secondly what rest of roster looks like (although most of it is pretty set). He’s no longer good enough to be a guy you really pursue, but still could help in a pinch when we only have vet min contracts available to hand out.

Honestly don't think Gordon Hayward has any interest at all in coming back to Boston. This is a typical Miami or LA Laker pickup.

Randle for LaVine seems inevitable.

Seems to me, this off-season there has to be some type of a three team trade involving Randle, LaVine and Ben Simmons.

I think the Knicks are actually too smart for that now?

Idk I might be back to fake trading Pritchard so if they are putting 13 firsts on the table I’d think about it.

On a more serious note, how about add a first for Alexander-Walker, that miiight fit. I suppose Moody maybe but that’s not that exciting imo.

My Celtics Trade Of The Day

If the Celtics win the Championship against Dallas, and Al decides to retire,
Horford and several Firsts for a Young Big who has some scoring, rebounding, passing and 3-point shooting ability.

Horford's dealt, he retires, the Celtics stage an Al Horford Day and perhaps retire his number, to make everything
right in the world...

Kinda hard to react to this without knowing who the mystery young big is. Scoring, rebounding, passing and 3-point shooting? Sounds like Chet Holmgren or Victor Wembanyama.
