Lamar Odom and Besiktas have reached agreement on a deal, according to a source.
Odom has indicated that he plans to join the Istanbul-based team as early as next week if the NBA lockout continues.
Sources told ESPN.com that the deal would pay Odom in excess of $2 million if he spends the rest of the season with Besiktas.
Brook Lopez has an offer on the table from Turkish club Besiktas, according to sources. Lopez has yet to accept the offer.
If Lopez elects to reject the offer, Besiktas will likely turn to Lamar Odom.

Sources said Odom is giving serious consideration to the opportunity after Kevin Love rejected an offer from the team that currently features Deron Williams.
Besiktas has also been in contact with Luol Deng, Carlos Boozer, Nene and Marcin Gortat.
Deron Williams scored 50 points in a 105-94 Besiktas win over BG Gottingen in EuroChallenge play on Tuesday in Turkey.
Williams went 17-for-23 from the floor, 7-for-10 from three and 9-for-11 at the line.
Williams is averaging 24.9 points per game for Besiktas. His previous International high came on November 15th against Armia when he scored 31 points on 19 shots.
Williams now trails only Sylven Landesberg in International points per game, who is averaging 26.0 for Maccabi Haifa.
Kevin Love has rejected an offer from Besiktas.
The Turkish team that signed Deron Williams in July is now close to signing Marcin Gortat.
Besiktas is in serious talks with both Kevin Love and Luol Deng, who would join Deron Williams.
“I’ve been going back and forth with Deron on it,” Love told Yahoo! Sports’ Marc Spears on Friday. “I’ll be making my decision in the next couple of days.”
Besiktas has also reached out to Carlos Boozer.

The Turkish team that signed Deron Williams in July is making a hard push to add more talent to their team.
The insurance on Deng's contract would be $50,000 per month and the next offer from Besiktas could top $150,000 per month.
Deron Williams is currently playing for Besiktas in Turkey, but continues to monitor the NBA's lockout situation.
