Rudy Fernandez has confirmed interest from Olympiacos SPORT, Regal FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Unicaja, among many others.

Fernandez's preference, however, is to remain in the NBA.

If Fernandez is stuck with Portland or another team unattractive to him, Barcelona becomes the favorite.

David Blatt is returning to coach Maccabi Tel Aviv after signing a three-year contract with the team on Friday.

Blatt coached the team from 2001 to 2003.

He will replace Pini Gershon, who resigned last week after Maccabi lost the Israeli league championship final.

"I want to return Maccabi to its natural position in Europe and in Israel," said Blatt.
