Hedo Turkoglu is close to a one-year, $1.4 million deal to re-sign with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Turkoglu signed with the Clippers last season after finalizing a buyout with the Orlando Magic.

Turkoglu is 35 and will be entering his 15th NBA season.

The San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Clippers have emerged as possible destinations for Ray Allen.

Allen is still deciding whether or not he will retire, but he has been widely expected to join LeBron James with the Cleveland Cavaliers should he continue his playing career.

Doc Rivers is a natural recruiter for Allen given their time together with the Boston Celtics.

The Spurs have one roster spot available.

The Los Angeles Clippers released Carlos Delfino on Friday, the team announced.

Delfino was traded to the Clippers in a three-player trade between Los Angeles and the Milwaukee Bucks.

Delfino missed the entire 2013-14 season and is expected to miss part of the upcoming season.

After being acquired in a three-player trade, Miroslav Raduljica will be waived by the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday morning, league sources told RealGM.

Raduljica had been prepared for a potential trade from the Milwaukee Bucks, and the team sent him and Carlos Delfino to the Clippers for Jarden Dudley and a first round pick. The Bucks received trade inquiries on Raduljica a season ago, deciding to reject them in order to keep him.

Raduljica, a Serbian seven-foot center, averaged 3.8 points and 2.3 rebounds in 48 games as an NBA rookie last season. He also shot 54 percent from the field and had a player efficiency rating of 15.3.

Raduljica, 26, has two years remaining on his contract: $1.5 million for next season and a non-guaranteed portion in 2015-16.

The Los Angeles Clippers have signed Doc Rivers to a brand new five-year, $50 million contract through the 18-19 season.

Rivers signed a three-year, $21 million deal with the Clippers in June of 2013 after the club agreed to a compensation deal with the Boston Celtics.

Rivers' future with the organization became unclear following the release of racist statements made by Donald Sterling. But the ownership transfer to Steve Ballmer triggered extension talks between the Clippers and Rivers.

The Los Angeles Clippers have traded Jared Dudley to the Milwaukee Bucks for Carlos Delfino and Miroslav Raduljica, according to a source.

The Clippers will also trade a future first round draft pick to the Bucks.

Delfino will likely miss the entire 2014-15 season.

There had been speculation that the franchise may want to move past its identity under Donald Sterling.

"I look at it as a name of survival. We've gone through a lot of stuff not just recently but for a long time," said Doc Rivers.

Ballmer also made clear that the Clippers would not relocate to Seattle.

Shawn Marion has committed to sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Marion also received interest from the Los Angeles Clippers, Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat.

The Cavaliers could only offer Marion a veteran's minimum deal, but the chance to play alongside LeBron James and compete for a title clinched his decision.

Marion met with Larry Bird earlier this week and could offer more money, but the Pacers would only spend as much on him using their Paul George injury exception as would be allowed while staying under the tax.

The Los Angeles Clippers have expressed interest in signing Shawn Marion.

Marion has met recently with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indiana Pacers, but remains unsigned.

The Miami Heat also remain interested in Marion.

Doc Rivers is expected to begin discussions soon on a new contract with the Los Angeles Clippers' new owner, Steve Ballmer, according to sources.

Ballmer and Rivers had been eager to forge a long-term partnership.

Ballmer gained official ownership status of the Clippers on Tuesday.

Rivers, 52, the president of basketball operations and head coach, has two years left on his original three-year, $21 million contract. Rivers is already one of the highest-paid executives and coaches in professional sports.

The Clipeprs won 57 games last season in Rivers' first year and went to the Western Conference semifinals.
