The San Antonio Spurs and Reggie Bullock agreed to a contract buyout, sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Bullock, who is set to become a free agent, was traded to the Spurs in a three-team deal involving Grant Williams.

The NBA released the following statement announcing the suspension of Joshua Primo for four games.

"The NBA announced today that Joshua Primo has been suspended four games without pay for conduct detrimental to the league. The league conducted its own investigation and consulted with relevant experts. Following that process, the league found that Primo engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior by exposing himself to women. Primo maintains that his conduct was not intentional, and the league did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures. Nevertheless, this behavior does not conform to league standards and warrants discipline.

"Primo has not played in the NBA since his contract was terminated by the San Antonio Spurs on October 31, 2022."

The San Antonio Spurs have signed forward RaiQuan Gray to a non-guaranteed training camp contract. Gray will likely play for the Austin Spurs of the G League following the NBA preseason.

Gray spent part of last season with the Brooklyn Nets on a two-way contract. In one NBA game he scored 16 points, grabbed nine rebounds and handed out seven assists.

Gray has played for the Long Island Nets of the G League for the last two seasons. Last season, the 6-foot-7 forward averaged 14.9 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.

The San Antonio Spurs waived Javante McCoy, sources told Keith Smith of Spotrac.

McCoy is likely to land with the G League's Austin Spurs.

The San Antonio Spurs have agreed to sign Seth Millner to a Two-Way deal.

Millner went undrafted in 2023 out of Toledo and appeared in five games with the Spurs in Summer League.

Victor Wembanyama will start the season playing power forward, according to Shams Charania of Stadium.

Zach Collins will start at center for the Spurs.

"Expect [Wembanyama] to play power forward, the four position, to start off his NBA career, and the Spurs will look for Zach Collins to be a guy to provide size next to Victor Wembanyama in the front court," said Charania.

Wembanyama is scheduled to make his NBA debut on October 25 against the Mavs.
