The Utah Jazz allowed Otto Porter Jr. to return home and re-evaluate his options for the rest of this season, sources told Tony Jones of The Athletic.

The 30-year-old is fully healthy and ready to play for a team.

Porter could accept a buyout from the Jazz. Porter would then have to sign with another team by March 1 to be eligible for the playoffs. 

The Utah Jazz have agreed to trade Kelly Olynyk and Ochai Agbaji to the Toronto Raptors for Kira Lewis, Otto Porter and a 2024 first round pick.

The first round pick will be the least favorable pick between the Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Clippers, Houston Rockets and Utah Jazz.

Kelly Olynyk is drawing trade interest from the Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, and Golden State Warriors, sources told Jake Fischer of Yahoo! Sports.

Olynyk has also been linked in a trade to the Raptors for Bruce Brown Jr.

Olynyk is on an expiring $12.1 million contract. 

The Warriors are expected to explore trades for Andrew Wiggins right up to the deadline. 

The Utah Jazz have emerged with interest in trading for Bruce Brown Jr. from the Toronto Raptors.

The Jazz and Raptors have discussed a deal centered upon Brown for Kelly Olynyk and Ochai Abaji. Toronto has also been seeking a first round pick for Brown.

The New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers are also interested in trading for Brown.

The Utah Jazz have agreed to trade Simone Fonteccio to the Detroit Pistons for Kevin Knox, a 2024 second round pick via the Washington Wizards and the draft rights to Gabriele Procida. 

Fonteccio will be a restricted free agent this offseason and the Jazz received interest on him from multiple teams with the Boston Celtics and Phoenix Suns being amongst them.

The Pistons hope to re-sign Fonteccio and keep him as part of their long-term core.

Utah Jazz forward Simone Fontecchio has become a serious trade target for the Boston Celtics and Phoenix Suns. Both teams are looking for affordable upgrades to their rotation ahead of Thursday's trade deadline.

Fontecchio's second NBA season has gone far better than his first. The 6-foot-8 forward has become Utah's starting small forward. Fontecchio has averaged 8.9 points and 3.5 rebounds in 23.2 minutes per game. The Italian national team member has shot 45% from the floor, including 39.1% on 4.7 three-point attempts per game.

Fontecchio has a very acquirable salary of just over $3 million for this season. The 28-year-old is then eligible for restricted free agency this coming offseason.

The Utah Jazz are unlikely to trade Collin Sexton ahead of the trade deadline, sources told Marc Stein of The Stein Line.

Sexton is averaging 21.6 points and 5.5 assists in 26 starts for the Jazz this season.

Stein cites Jordan Clarkson, Kelly Olynyk, and Talen Horton-Tucker as the Jazz's most likely trade candidates.
