The Denver Nuggets have converted the two-way contract of guard P.J. Dozier to a multi-year NBA contract.

Dozier, 6-6, 205, signed a two-way contract with the Nuggets on Oct. 18, 2019 and has appeared in 21 games this season, averaging 4.1 points, 1.4 assists and 1.4 rebounds in 11.1 minutes. Dozier posted a career-high 15 points in 21 minutes at Houston on Jan. 22, 2020.

In 18 games (16 starts), for the Windy City Bulls of the NBA G League this season, Dozier held averages of 21.4 points, 7.7 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.7 steals while shooting 44% from the field in 36.9 minutes. He scored 20 or more points in 12 games, including posting a triple-double with 27 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists vs. Capital City Go-Go on Dec. 29th.

The Denver Nuggets have signed Tyler Cook as a replacement Two-Way player.

ook, 6-8, 255, most recently appeared in 11 games for the Cleveland Cavaliers this season totaling 19 points and 10 rebounds in 35 minutes of action. He also played in 29 games (10 starts) for the Oklahoma City Blue of the NBA G League holding averages of 12.9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists while shooting 58.2% from the field in 21.3 minutes per game. 

Cook originally signed a Two-Way contract with the Nuggets on Aug. 13, 2019 after spending training camp in Denver.

The Phoenix Suns have agreed to a two-year Cameron Payne.

Payne last played in the NBA during the 18-19 season with the Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers.

Payne averaged 13.2 points, 4.7 rebounds and 7.2 assists in 15 games in the G League this season.

The Portland Trail Blazers will sign Jaylen Adams as a substitute player for Trevor Ariza.

Adams was the MVP runner-up in the G League this season with the Wisconsin Herd.

Ariza decided to opt out of the NBA's return-to-play plan due for a visitation period with his child.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have converted the Two-Way contract of Dean Wade into a multi-year deal.

Wade went undrafted in 2019 out of Kansas State.

Wade appeared in 12 games with the Cavaliers during the 19-20 season.

The Los Angeles Lakers and J.R. Smith are finalizing a contract for the remainder of the season.

Smith and the Lakers have been discussing a deal since Avery Bradley opted out of the NBA's restart.

Smith last played in the NBA in 2018.

Smith worked out for the Lakers in February before the team signed Dion Waiters.

Jordan Bell has agreed to a two-year deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Bell was a second round pick in 2017 by the Golden State Warriors.

Bell has also played in the NBA with the Minnesota Timberwolves and Memphis Grizzlies.

Bell was claimed off waivers by the Capital City Go-Go on March 11th.

Andre Drummond and the Cleveland Cavaliers have both shown interest in a long-term extension, sources told Chris Fedor of cleveland.com.

Drummond, who was acquired by the team at the trade deadline, recently picked up his $28.75 million option for the 2020-21 season.

The two sides would be able to sign a new contract in October.

Drummond averaged 17.5 points and 11.1 rebounds in 8 games with the Cavs. 

The Denver Nuggets are expected to sign Tyler Cook to a two-way contract, league sources told Nick Kosmider of The Athletic.

Cook played for the Nuggets during summer league, averaging 4.0 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.

Cook then played 11 games for the Cavs this season.

Lance Thomas is receiving interest from several teams, league sources told Ian Begley of SNY.

Teams are able to sign players until June 30th.

The 32-year-old Thomas averaged 4.5 points for the Knicks in the 2018-19 season.
