Warriors Have Iguodala On Radar

Jan 31, 2011 1:18 PM

The Warriors have more than $17 million in expiring contracts and if they make a move it would likely be for a small forward.

Andre Iguodala has been on the radar of the Warriors for a while, according to team sources.

"If Dorell Wright is coming off the bench," one team source said, "we're a really good team. That would solve two problems. It would give us the upgrade in talent, and it would bolster our bench significantly."

Iguodala is signed through the 13-14 season.

76ers Decide To Shut Down Nocioni

Jan 17, 2011 7:48 AM

The 76ers have decided to shut down forward Andres Nocioni until his fractured finger heals.

"I think we're going to shut 'Noc' down a little bit," said Doug Collins.

"I think he'd like to shut it down for a little bit and get that [right, shooting] hand under control. There was a play in front of our bench the other day that Noc normally would have eaten alive and I could see him not wanting to put the hand into the pile, and I can understand that. It was amazing that he played with that as he did."

The forward suffered the injury on Jan. 7, but has played through it.

Clippers Would Trade Kaman For Small Forward

Jan 15, 2011 10:21 AM

The Clippers are open to dealing center Chris Kaman prior to next month's trade deadline, but they may only do so for a clear upgrade at small forward.

Also, Los Angeles wants that player to have a reasonable contract.

Kaman has been sidelined for all but 10 games this season with a badly sprained left ankle.

Potential trade targets like Philadelphia's Andre Iguodala and Charlotte's Gerald Wallace may be ruled out because of their contracts.

Detroit's Tayshaun Prince has an expiring contract.

Mavericks Could Have Iguodala, Jackson On Radar

Jan 9, 2011 5:12 PM

The Mavericks are still trying to decide whether they need to replace Caron Butler, who was lost to a season-ending knee injury this week.

If Mark Cuban and Donnie Nelson decide they need to add a piece prior to the trade deadline Philadelphia's Andre Iguodala and Charlotte's Stephen Jackson are expected to be options.
