The Grizzlies are moving their basketball operations to Memphis on Saturday.  They will have workouts for a few players -- Eddy Curry, Kwame Brown and likely pick Jason Richardson between the weekend and Wednesday's draft.  GM Billy Knight said, "I would imagine people should look at [the move] as a positive sign, as a very big statement, as to the absolute certainty (of the relocation)."  The move is being made with NBA approval so that the Grizz can be in Memphis for the draft.

Meanwhile, The Commercial Appeal also reports that Memphis council is looking at restructuring the financing plan for a new NBA arena so that none of the project's bonds would be backed by property tax dollars.  They would use revenue bonds instead, which would effectively thwart the referendum calling for a vote on financing the arena.
