There is a scene in Monty Python's Life of Brian (go rent it now) where young Brian gets himself tossed into a Roman prison and is spat upon by the Roman guard for good measure.
While Brian is disgustedly wiping himself off, a voice behind him says, "You lucky (person). What I wouldn't give to be spat upon."
The voice, you see, belongs to an old man shackled upside down on the back wall.
Which is my rather long-winded, but colorful, way of saying don't waste any anxiety on the Pistons' little losing skid. Things could be worse.
Just look around the NBA at all the other teams shackled upside down on the back wall.
