Talk about an identity crisis.
The Pistons were at a loss Thursday to explain how they could be kicked around by Milwaukee and then manhandle Minnesota in a span of three days.
The question: Which game represents the real Pistons?
"Good question. When you figure out the answer, please let me know," forward Ben Wallace said, laughing. "I don't know why we do that. It's been a weird thing all season. We can play well, and then we can play bad. I hope we stick with the good part."
Guard Chucky Atkins takes hope from Wednesday's strong performance against the Timberwolves.
"We had the energy, the intensity, everything, from the start," Atkins said. "We really get into trouble when we can't get those things going from the start. I think we've all seen how things go both ways. It's much easier to kick it off strong than try to come from behind to get something back."
