Timberwolves coach Flip Saunders had little to say after watching his team crumble in the final minute of Wednesday's 96-95 loss to the Houston Rockets. But one of his responses was too telling to be discarded with all the analysis about what went wrong down the stretch.

Clearly frustrated by his team's continued offensive breakdowns, Saunders said, "We've got to get back to the basics. We've almost got to get back to a training camp-type mentality."

Which would be fine if this were, say, December or even January. But it's mid-March and the Wolves have only 18 games remaining, including tonight's game against the Indiana Pacers at Target Center.
