Michael Arkush of the New York Times is reporting that talk in the Lakers camp is not on the adjustments the team has to make to revenge the Game 2 loss to the Sacramento Kings, but rather a possible adjustment the team may have to make to play without superstar Kobe Bryant.

After fighting through a bout of food poisoning in Game 2 and almost coming out the hero Bryant still hasn?t recovered, leaving practice early yesterday after vomiting several times.  Blood and other tests came back in the normal range.

While the original diagnosis of food positioning still stands, doctors said that a bacterial infection could not be ruled out and as Bryant has been given antibiotics.  His status for practice Thursday is uncertain.

"Knowing Kobe, he probably thought he could jump right back in," Lakers Coach Phil Jackson said.
