CHICAGO (AP) Bulls center Eddy Curry will miss two to four weeks because of a bone bruise on his left knee.

Curry, in his third NBA season, has never missed a game because of injury. He is averaging 13.5 points, second on the team, and 6.7 rebounds. He has made 46 straight starts, including 22 this season.

The Bulls (6-16) also said Tuesday they placed Scottie Pippen on the injured list following knee surgery last week. He has played in 12 games for the Bulls this season and is averaging seven points.

Curry hurt his knee Saturday night when teammate Antonio Davis fell on him after being bumped by Indiana's Jermaine O'Neal.

The Bulls already are without their other prep-to-pro player, Tyson Chandler, who has been sidelined with a sore back.
