The bidding for the New Jersey is getting higher.

Developer Charles Kushner, who is in a partnership with New Jersey Senator Joe Corzine to buy the Nets, said they are considering raising their bid from $267.5 million to match or go above Developer Bruce C. Ratner's $300 million bid to purchase the team.

If Ratner wins the bidding, he plans to move the team to Brooklyn, N.Y., while the Kushner-Corzine group would keep the team in New Jersey.
