The Atlanta Hawks have traded forward Shareef Abdur-Rahim, center Theo Ratliff and guard Dan Dickau to the Portland Trail Blazers for forward Rasheed Wallace and guard Wesley Person, it was announced tonight by General Manager Billy Knight.
