Chris Bosh tore a bit of a strip off his under-performing Raptor teammates during Sunday's loss to Seattle and it made coach Sam Mitchell smile.

After all, someone else forcefully making a point can't hurt.

"He felt like guys weren't taking individual challenges, so he got on some guys and they kind of picked things up," said Mitchell.

"As the coach, you can push and push and push, but those guys have to push each other. The good teams do that."

But no one should come to expect frequent outbursts from Bosh. Mitchell doesn't.

"He has to have more of that and we need more of that from Chris but again, it's going to take time," the coach said. "That's just not Chris's personality."

"He has to do it when he's comfortable with it. I hope the other night was a sign but he can't do it until he's comfortable doing it.

"If he tries to do it and it's not genuine then it's going to lose its affect.

"He was really upset."
