Sonics forward Rashard Lewis pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was given a one-year suspended sentence Monday, five months after he failed sobriety and breath tests during a stop on Interstate 90, according to the Associated Press.

Lewis initially pleaded not guilty to drunken driving. He reached the plea deal with prosecutors after a King County District Court judge ruled that the breath tests were not admissible.

Under the terms of the agreement, Lewis will serve 24 hours of community service, two years of probation and pay $175 to reimburse the State Patrol for emergency response costs. He also received a $5,000 fine, but as long as he stays out of trouble he'll only have to pay $350.
