Mark Cuban wasn't that upset at a timeout the Mavericks didn't want, according to the Dallas Morning News. Instead, he was upset that he thought the referee's missed a backcourt violation on Dwyane Wade.

Cuban yelled at referee Joe DeRosa for what he thought should have been a backcourt violation on Wade, who brought the ball up court in overtime. Wade was fouled going to the line and made two free throws to clinch the win.

"My understanding from the rule book is when you catch the ball in the backcourt you have to be in the backcourt and catch it," Cuban said. "You can't be established in the frontcourt and then be jumping into the backcourt when you catch it. That's a backcourt violation at least in most high school leagues."
