After Miami's defense allowed a season-high in points and the return of Shaquille O'Neal failed to propel the Heat, there was no sugarcoating a 126-96 drubbing at the hands of the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday.

"That's two in a row from the standpoint of letting them go," Coach Pat Riley said of his team being blown out in consecutive games. "That was about as complete a loss as you can have. The team didn't quit -- just bad. We just played bad. When you give up 126 points defensively at home and you've already lost 10 in a row it's bad. Right now, tonight, at this moment I have no answers."

O'Neal, who had missed eight games with ailing hips, recorded a double-double and had one of his best performances of the season but fouled out with 5:58 left and Miami trailing by 23 points. His 24 points and 10 rebounds were not enough though to propel the Heat past the struggling Bulls. The Heat has lost 11 consecutive games, including a 114-88 loss to New Orleans last Friday.
