One loss away from being eliminated from playoff contention, Bulls GM John Paxson has a pair of decisions to make about coach Jim Boylan and guard Ben Gordon, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Paxson must decide whether or not Boylan is the man to turn things back around in Chicago, and what he wants to do with restricted free agents Gordon and Luol Deng.

"You never know what can happen in the offseason, especially when you're facing changes. It's tough, I've never faced anything like this in my career. What happens when you've been playing bad for a long period of time, it just deflates guys. That's been the case. We haven't really been able to muster anything during the season and it definitely seems like it's taken a toll on us collectively," Gordon said.

"The whole season, there are a lot of things to point at," Deng said. "I thought we prepared ourselves physically. I think there is a lot of growth we have to do mentally. Each player has to try to make himself better. All of us have a long career. I hope this is the last time we go through something like this. I just hope we learn from this and prepare yourself not to go through something like this again."
