Danny Granger scored a career-high 42 points against the Pistons on Friday night, but the Pacers still lost another close game in the final seconds.

"I just felt like I'm so tired of losing these games," Granger said. "In games like this, we're so close. It's so frustrating. We can't seem to get over the hump."

Indiana is now 7-15 this season. Granger gave the team their first lead with roughly six minutes to go -- 95-92 -- since the first quarter.

"I don't know what to say; we were right there," Granger said. "They hit tough shots. We came back but couldn't close out the game."

Detroit prevailed 114-110 after T.J. Ford missed a jumper that would have tied the game on Indiana's final possession.
