Antonio McDyess, who was forced to sit out a month after being traded from Detroit to Denver, has returned to the Pistons without missing a beat.

"Normally it would take me a long time to get back in that rhythm and back in shape trying to get up and down that court," McDyess said before Saturday's game. "I'm definitely surprised.

"I knew coming into this month and me coming back to this team I was going to have to be right on point, right on my game because sitting out would put you so far behind, so I just started working out that whole month and just try to flow back into things real easy."

McDyess is averaging nine points, 5.3 rebounds and 18.3 minutes in the three games since his return.
