Directors from Cal Expo, which the Kings hope will be the site of their new arena, have postponed a meeting set for Tuesday.

The meeting has been moved to March 27, Expo official Brian May said, so that consultants can be present to answer board questions.

"We weren't able to get the consultants back," May said. "We felt we needed to have the folks in person."

The Cal Expo board voted at its Feb. 27 meeting to seek a major developer to team with the state and the National Basketball Association to redevelop the 350-acre fairgrounds site.
