It was reported on Saturday that Lakers coach Phil Jackson and center Andrew Bynum weren't on speaking terms.

Before the team's Game 3 win over the Nuggets, Jackson discussed Bynum's play and how confident he is in the young center.

"Andrew's tolerance level on the floor is about four or five minutes at a stretch," Jackson said. "Maybe eight minutes maximum. We're trying to monitor that."

Both men went on to deny rumors that they aren't speaking to each other.

"I don't have any trouble with Andrew, none at all, and he's never expressed that (unhappiness about playing time) to me," Jackson said Saturday. "We sit next to each other in the film sessions and we communicate."

"We're fine. I don't know what that's about," Bynum added.

Bynum played 21 minutes in Game 3, posting 7 points and 4 rebounds.
