The Clippers want a one-on-one meeting with Allen Iverson before signing him to a one-year deal, according to sources.

The team reportedly wants to ask Iverson if he'd be fine with coming off the bench in Los Angeles.

ESPN.com has reported that agent Leon Rose was in Las Vegas on Tuesday trying to arrange a meeting with the Clippers and Iverson.

The Grizzlies remain interested in Iverson, who is an unrestricted free agent. Memphis can offer Iverson more money than L.A. can afford.

The Heat and Bobcats have been linked to Iverson as well.
