Miami president Pat Riley says that the team doesn't have any immediate plans to talk with Jamaal Tinsley or Allen Iverson.

Tinsley was supposed to visit the Heat last week, but the meeting was canceled.

Riley insists that the Heat aren't being cheap, and that their decision not to add a veteran is all part of their master plan.

"It's not about being frugal," Riley told the Palm Beach Post, "it's about being very systematic with the plan."

The plan is to be able to sign Dwyane Wade to a long-term extension and add another maximum-salary player next summer.
