Allen Iverson will meet with Grizzlies owner Michael Heisley on Monday in Atlanta.

Iverson revealed the news on his Twitter page Sunday night.

"I want to help them develop a winner," the guard wrote.

Heisley then confirmed the meeting to ESPN's Marc Stein, adding that a number of club officials are set to attend the first face-to-face meeting between the two parties.

While Memphis obviously has serious interest in Iverson, Heisley insists that an agreement has not been reached.

"[The meeting] does not mean it's a done deal. He wants to meet and have some questions answered and we want to meet," the owner said.
