The Raptors have nine new players in training camp this season after Bryan Colangelo had a very busy offseason.

"The scope of the makeover definitely changed from what we originally thought but it wasn't because we didn't feel like we should do some of those things," Colangelo explained. "It was because we were limited in what we thought we had available to us."

The headline move was when the Raptors acquired Hedo Turkoglu in a sign-and-trade.

"We're much better off for it," said Colangelo. "With all the new faces it's going to be a challenge ... but we really did want to make some changes.

"We've accomplished it on paper and now we have to put it all together."
