The Bobcats have won four straight games and newcomer Stephen Jackson sees bright things on the horizon.

"I've seen how these guys want to compete," Jackson told NBA.com. "Guys come to practice ready to play and I just see the hunger in guy's eyes, the guys that want to win."

Charlotte is 7-9 after their four-game win streak, putting them in seventh place in the Eastern Conference.
