Rockets forward Carl Landry is gaining confidence in his role as a reserve this season.

Landry has topped the 20-point mark nine times this season and is averaging 16.3 points and 6.1 rebounds in 25.9 minutes per game.

"The coaching staff and the front office put confidence in me, telling me to stay aggressive," Landry said. "I'm not necessarily looking to score every time, but just having the offense ran through me, this game if players have confidence, they feel they can do anything. My confidence is at a high right now. Hopefully, it can stay through the rest of the season."
