Timberwolves forward Kevin Love has come off the bench in the team's last two games, his first action since breaking his left hand in the preseason.

He is averaging 14.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in the two games and even though he didn't start either contest, Love was on the floor in the fourth quarter.

"If coach wants me to come off the bench, I'm fine with it," Love said. "I just want to get the job done when I'm out there. If I get enough time, I feel I can get into a rhythm."

Love has averaged 25 minutes in the two games he's played and Minnesota coach Kurt Rambis seems to like the idea of bringing the second-year forward off the bench.

"I've always put a high value on bench players who can provide the necessary needs ... whatever those needs are, whatever is not being accomplished in the game," Rambis said. "Kevin just wants to play. He'll be able to get his same amount of minutes."
