Mavericks rookie guard Rodrigue Beaubois hasn't gotten much time as of late, but the team doesn't plan to send him to the D-League.

"We haven't even talked about that," president Donnie Nelson said.

With the return of Dallas forward Josh Howard, there will be even less time for Beaubois.

The team still values the rookie's defense and athleticism off the bench.
